By the end, you will know what the pattern is, where it came from, and what it has been costing you. Most founders hear the unconscious promise underneath it named within the hour, and most tell me the same thing afterwards: they had circled it for years without ever being able to say it.

The pattern, named. An audit of what we found, in plain language, within 48 hours. And a clear answer on whether there is further work to do, or whether the naming was the work.
