Then we test the new instruction against the real decision in front of you: the hire, the price, the conversation you’ve been circling.
Five private 1:1 sessions, deep focused work with each session building on the last.
What happens between sessions matters as much as what happens in them.
You will not be able to disappear on this. When something surfaces midweek, I’m there. When you go quiet in the way you do before you wriggle out of something, I will notice, and I will come and find you. My clients call this the thing they didn’t know they were paying for.

The only caveat is that you must be willing to do the work. This is no longer a strategy game, but an identity shift. Coaching is bespoke and tailored to the needs of clients and businesses.

As with anything, 1:1 is a bespoke package where Louise can personalise and tailor to your needs. Louise will have her eyes on your business, patterns and behaviours to spot any subconscious gaps and leaks and work with you to transform these issues.
I find the promise underneath the plateau. In almost every founder I work with, it runs on a promise made years ago and never said out loud. "Never let anyone control this" "Never be caught short again" and it was the right instruction at the time, it protected you. It's still running, and it decides your hires, your prices and your hardest conversations, whatever your strategy says.
